Our club caters to the
student athlete, the
stay-at-home parent and the
suburban professional-or
anyone would wants to work
out in a pristine
environment with unique
architectural features. This
location features a huge
central mezzanine
overlooking the first floor.
The second story (accessible
through two open staircases
or a glass elevator) houses
our huge selection of cardio
equipment with cardio
theater, state-of-the-art
Roadracer (indoor cycling)
room and spacious Group
Exercise room, from which
you can watch the boxing
room.
There is a regulation boxing
ring downstairs where we
hold sparring classes. In
these classes, the students
really get a chance to show
off what they've learned and
practiced on the bag.
Downstairs you'll find all
the weight training
equipment you'll ever need
to attain and exceed your
goals. We have the top of
the line in both
plate-loaded and
selectorized equipment and
free weights in a full range
of sizes to reach all
fitness levels' needs. In
this airy space, you'll also
find our great Kids in
Motion room, where we offer
kids care for the parent who
want to work out while their
child has fun.
