Training Philosophy

“I haven’t failed…I’ve found 10,000 ways that don’t work.” –Thomas Edison (1847 -1931). Everyday someone gives up on a fitness goal because they are not seeing progress, or they lose the focus and motivation required to achieve success. I believe with all my heart that anyone can reach their own realistic fitness goals once they come to understand that fitness is tetrahedral in nature: Nutrition, Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training, and Positive Mental Attitude are key. I can guide you to the key, but it is up to you to walk through that door and strive for greatness.

 Fitness Philosophy:

"Fitness goes far beyond just making you look good. It improves your health and well being, quality of life, and self esteem. I believe fitness should be fun and enjoyable, something to look forward to and something that leaves you feeling satisfied and successful."

"When I work with a client and design their program, I take into account the whole person, not just their body but also their mind, spirit and lifestyle."

"I believe in functional training, working the body as a whole unit, not body parts. This type of training translates into real life movements so you can do what you need to do every day. Each program I design is goal specific, effective and efficient."

"Finally, I know from experience, that an exercise is only as good as how it’s being performed. It’s not what you do, it´s how you do it!"
