THE BODIES IN MOTION PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Bodies in Motion has adopted the Apex Personal Training Program. This Program integrates diet, nutrition, and nutritional supplementation into physical training to create a balanced regimen of fitness enhancement. The Apex program emphasizes:
  • The setting of specific, attainable goals
  • The customization of your diet and food program
  • Your accountability in achieving your fitness goals
  • Continuing education on how to achieve and maintain your fitness goals


At the inception of the program you will participate in providing your Personal Trainer a full medical history, a physical inventory of weight, body fat, structural integrity, and posture. Following will be a cardio-respiratory analysis and assessment. Your Personal Trainer will then work with you to develop a plan of attack from which a workout routine, nutritional supplementation, and cardiovascular programs will evolve and be set into place. Your progress will be under continual review and revisions shall be made to keep the program fresh and interesting. Nutritional items and supplements are available for purchase at our sites to compliment our program.
