Dear Meridian Sports Club Members,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member at the Meridian Sports Club, San Rafael for your valued patronage. It is your continued support that makes the Meridian Sports Club one of the top clubs in California. We will try our best to meet and exceed your expectations for the remainder of 2006 and the years that follow.
There have been some wonderful changes happening in Meridian Sports Clubs over the past year, with the acquisition of the 110,000 square foot facility down in Fullerton, CA, and now with the acquisition of the Nautilus of Marin, San Rafael location on 4 th Street. We are very excited about this new opportunity. There are many changes in store for the new facility at 1001 4 th Street. First and foremost, we will focus on the cleanliness of the new club, bringing those up to the Meridian standards, and then we will start the renovations in the last quarter of 2006.
We will be running both clubs on 4 th Street simultaneously. I will keep you all informed of any updates on the new facility from time to time. We do not have any definitive dates as to when and if the two clubs will merge, when we know, we will inform you all of the plans.
