Lounge
In direct response to your numerous requests we are proud to announce that the new Bairz lounge opened in October 2011.  An expanded menu is planned for early 2012 as well as aesthetic improvements including new tables as well as the installation of a new dance floor scheduled for February.  A variety of social events, wine tastings, live music and private events are planned for 2012.

New Exercise Equipment
Recently we added 20 New Spin bikes and AMT Elliptical machines to our club inventory.  New Exercise Mats are also on order and should arrive soon.  New sound system and headsets have been installed in the group exercise studios.

Equipment Repair
We have implemented a policy to provide a pre-paid account, with the number one exercise equipment repair company on the island, to provide the necessary funds to address any repair, immediately.

Golf Practice Area on Rooftop
Recently a new net was ordered for the driving range and attention will also be placed on the hitting surface and the putting area.  New balls and driving mat will arrive soon.

The Spa
The Spa at the Honolulu Club has added new services to include massage, nail care, facials and waxing, as well as the addition of 2 treatment rooms to meet the needs of our deserving members.  Currently the spa waiting area and rooms are undergoing aesthetic improvements to help create a soothing and relaxing environment for members. 

Hospitality Desk Staff
We have implemented new policies focused on our Hospitality Desk personnel, which we believe  will guarantee that all members will receive the full attention from all personnel, the goal of which is to provide exemplary customer service, free from any distractions.

Locker Rooms, Facilities, Cleanliness
We understand the necessity to provide locker rooms that reflect a club of this stature and provide full functionality for our members.  We have placed our confidence in our club onsite Facilities Director and Director of Housekeeping to successfully meet these goals. We share everyone’s concern to place overall club cleanliness as one of our top priorities.  Additionally, we recently employed an assistant, to aid our Facilities Director’s efforts and added additional scheduled hours for our housekeeping personnel, to secure these goals. 
Group Exercise Classes
Our new Group Exercise Director has years of experience in implementing and developing new class formats.  We have great confidence in his ability to provide a total group exercise program which will meet and exceed your expectations.  Recently we have also added new and exciting Specialty Class formats and new experienced instructors.  Please share your thoughts with our new Director, JJ, we know you will find him informative and responsive to your requests.
Miscellaneous
Increased signage will be posted to address proper utilization of the facilities within the locker rooms and club facilities.
Outdoor Pool
We are currently looking to secure an agreement to resurface the pool area within the first half of 2012.  The pool area will soon be aesthetically pleasing again and add to the peaceful and relaxing ambiance of the club.
