Physical Therapy includes proper instruction on exercises to strengthen and rehabilitate an injury in addition to education regarding posture/body mechanics and strengthening.  Physical Therapy may also include various modalities such as moist heat, ultra sound or electrical stimulation. Depending on the diagnosis, the therapist will evaluate the problem area and establish a treatment plan and goals with the patient.  All of our Physical Therapists have the training and educational background to assist patients in returning to their activities of daily living.
